The Purpose
There will come a time when you just need to carry a spare battery. Maybe you want to go touring or bikepacking and charging facilities are few and far between, or you just know you want to ride further than you know one battery can manage. Thanks to the fact that the FAZUA Evation battery only weighs 1.4kg, about as much as a full water bottle, it is possible to carry an extra one on the bike.
The FAZUA Evation E-Bike Battery, although highly waterproof, does have exposed terminals at one end. This means that when it is not in use they need to be protected. So, for those times when you need to store or carry a spare battery, we have designed a custom EVA case specifically to fit the FAZUA Evation battery and protect it from the elements.
EVA or Ethylene-vinyl acetate is resistant to water, heat and UV and combined with a waterproof zip should keep out most of the weather.
